This page covers your use of this website. If you are a CentreOS customer, the service itself is covered by our Subscription Terms, not by this page. Using this website means you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This site describes CentreOS, one place for tenants to report problems and for management to track them. It also gives you a way to reach us with an enquiry.

It is not the CentreOS service itself. It is not a way to report a problem at a centre, and it is not a way to reach any individual tenant or shop.

Using the enquiry form

Please don't submit anything you know to be untrue, anything offensive or illegal, anyone else's personal details without their permission, or anything you don't have the right to share. Don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it.

Privacy

Submitting the enquiry form sends your answers to us through a form service, as described in full in our Privacy Policy. In short: we use what you send us to reply to you. You can ask support@centreos.com.au at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

If you are a customer

If you are a CentreOS customer, your use of the service, your fees, your data and cancelling are covered by the CentreOS Subscription Terms. If anything on this page conflicts with the Subscription Terms about the service, the Subscription Terms apply.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice.

This applies to the website only. It does not change what we promise customers in the Subscription Terms.

Intellectual property

The CentreOS name and the text, design and code of this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to it. Please don't copy, reproduce or reuse our branding, design or written content elsewhere without asking first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or an enquiry you submit through it. The exception is loss or damage directly caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

This does not exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If there is a dispute, you and CentreOS can each bring it in any Australian court that can hear it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms as CentreOS changes. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes to the Subscription Terms follow the notice process set out in those terms.
