Terms of Service
Last updated 1 September 2026.
This site is a way to find out about CentreOS and get in touch. Using it means you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain English on purpose.
What this site is
This site describes CentreOS, a software product for shopping centre management, and gives you a way to reach us with an enquiry. It is not the CentreOS product itself, not a way to report an operational issue at a centre, and not a way to reach any individual tenant or shop.
Using the enquiry form
Please don't submit anything you know to be untrue, anything offensive or illegal, anyone else's personal details without their permission, or anything you don't have the right to share. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it.
What we collect and how to have it deleted
Submitting the enquiry form sends your answers to us via a third-party form processor, as described in full in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect what you type, use it only to reply to you, and you can ask info@centreos.com.au at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Your centre's data
The reports, photos and records your tenants submit belong to your centre, not to us. We hold them so the service works, and we do not sell them or use them for anything else.
You can ask for a full copy at any time and we will provide it.
If you cancel, your records stay available to download for 30 days. After that we permanently delete them from our systems, and they cannot be recovered. If you would rather we delete them sooner, tell us and we will.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided as is, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice.
Intellectual property
The CentreOS name, the CentreOS logo, and the text, design and code of this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to it, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our branding, design or written content elsewhere without asking first.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to your use of this site or an enquiry you submit through it is excluded, except to the extent that the loss or damage is directly caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and CentreOS both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CentreOS changes. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
