CentreOS is a small, independent tool for shopping centre management. This page explains what happens to your information when you get in touch with us through this website.

Who this is

CentreOS is operated by Max Nakasato, trading as CentreOS (registered business name CentreOS). If anything here is unclear, email info@centreos.com.au.

What we collect

This site has one way to contact us: the enquiry form. When you use it, we collect:

• What you're dealing with — either a preset option or, if you choose "Something else," whatever you type.
• Your centre's name.
• An email address or mobile number so we can reply to you.
• If you arrived by scanning a CentreOS card (the QR-code tag on the enquiry), a marker noting that.

The form also carries a hidden spam-check field. For a real visitor it is always blank and is not personal information; a filled value tells our form processor to silently drop the submission as spam.

We do not collect payment details, accounts, or anything beyond what you type into that form. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site today. If that changes, we will update this policy first and add a notice before it happens.

How your enquiry gets to us

The form is processed by a third-party form-delivery service (currently Web3Forms, web3forms.com). When you submit the form, your answers are sent to Web3Forms, which forwards them on to our inbox. Web3Forms is a data processor acting on our instructions for this one purpose — we do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Why we collect it

Only to read and reply to your enquiry about CentreOS for your centre. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Where it's kept

Your enquiry passes through Web3Forms' infrastructure and arrives in an inbox we manage. Full detail on where that inbox is hosted will be added here once CentreOS's own mailbox is set up; until then, treat this as: your message is handled by Web3Forms in transit and then held by us.

Future notifications

CentreOS plans to add automatic email notifications for tenant hubs it runs for paying centres. When that ships, this policy will be updated to name what those notifications collect and send, before it goes live for anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you and for basic business record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@centreos.com.au and we will act on it within a reasonable time (our aim is 30 days).

Changes to this policy

If how we handle your information changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
