Accessibility Statement
Last updated 2 September 2026.
CentreOS is a small, independent tool for shopping centre management. This page describes what we've built so far to make this website usable for people relying on a keyboard, a screen reader, or a reduced-motion setting, and how to tell us if something isn't working for you. It is a plain description of what exists today, not a certified audit.
Who this is
CentreOS is operated by Max Nakasato, trading as CentreOS (registered business name CentreOS). If anything here is unclear, email info@centreos.com.au.
What we've built
- Reduced motion. This site respects your device or browser's "reduce motion" setting. When it's on, the stylesheet turns down or removes animation in 19 separate places, and the site's script does the same in 4 more.
- Skip link. A "Skip to content" link sits at the very top of every page for keyboard users, so you can jump straight past the header into the main content without tabbing through it.
- Visible keyboard focus. Interactive elements show a visible outline when you reach them by keyboard rather than mouse, via 8 separate focus-visible rules across the site.
- Page language. Every page is marked as Australian English so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
- Image text. The meaningful images on the homepage carry written alternative text describing what they show, for anyone using a screen reader.
What we haven't done yet
We've aimed at the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines while building this site, but we have not had it independently audited, and we have not yet run it through an automated accessibility checker. So this page can tell you what's been built and how it was checked, but it is not a conformance claim. If something on this site gets in your way, we want to know about it, and it goes to the top of the list.
Reporting a problem
Two ways to reach us: email info@centreos.com.au, or use the enquiry form on the homepage. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and if you can, what device, browser or assistive technology you were using. We'll get back to you.
Reviewing this statement
We'll revisit this page as the site changes, especially before anything new goes live. If how we handle accessibility changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
