Where CentreOS started
My family owns two shopping centres in Kingscliff. Watching how tenant issues moved around them, two things stood out. Shops couldn’t tell whether someone had already reported the same broken light, so the same thing came in more than once. And once they had reported it, they couldn’t see whether anyone had picked it up, so they asked again, often on the manager’s personal mobile after hours.
That’s where CentreOS started. I’m Max, and I built it alongside our centres’ manager over a few months, around his real week.
